Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kaloexplore platform, including all modules relating to mobility, aviation, marine services, hospitality, dining, events, and curated experiences.

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Platform Role

Kaloexplore operates as a centralized booking and coordination platform. We facilitate connections between users and independent service providers. Kaloexplore does not directly own or operate the services listed unless explicitly stated.

3. Booking Process

Services selected are added to your cart. Items in cart are reflected within your Journey Timeline. Adding a service to cart does not constitute confirmation.

Before payment, users must review selected services, pricing breakdown, applicable taxes and fees, and cancellation and modification policies.

A booking becomes confirmed only after successful checkout and payment processing (full or applicable instalment). Upon confirmation, booking details are transmitted to the relevant service provider.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. Kaloexplore does not store full card details. Pricing is subject to availability at the time of checkout.

Instalment options, where available, may be subject to additional conditions. Failure of payment authorization voids booking confirmation.

5. Cancellations & Modifications

Cancellation and modification terms vary by service provider. Policies are disclosed at checkout prior to payment. Refunds, where applicable, are processed according to provider terms and banking timelines.

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate and truthful information, use the platform lawfully, not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access, and comply with provider-specific service requirements.

7. Service Provider Responsibility

Service delivery is the responsibility of the independent provider. Kaloexplore is not liable for service delays, operational failures, provider non-performance, force majeure events, or regulatory restrictions beyond platform control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaloexplore's liability is limited to the platform service fees paid (if applicable). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, systems, and technology are the intellectual property of Kaloexplore and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without authorization.

10. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without prejudice to applicable international consumer protection laws.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
